By participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 16 or over except employees of the promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Promotional period: The closing date for entries is 00:00 on 31st July 2023.
Entry instructions: To enter the competition all participants must sign up to join "The Club". Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
A winner will be notified by 4th August 2023 by email.
Prize: £500 worth of accessories from www.biggreenegg.co.uk.
A winner will be selected randomly to ensure there is an equal chance of winning for everyone.
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. No cash alternative is offered.
If entrants have already signed up to The Club prior to the 21st June, they will be automatically entered into the draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final
