The Big Green Egg on Saturday Kitchen
TV chefs James Martin, James Tanner and Nic Watt were spotted at the beginning of the year on Saturday Kitchen cooking on the Big Green Egg. They were rustling up mouth watering turmeric-spiced prawns with omelette pilau. Many well known chefs have been extolling the virtues of the EGG and using them to create a myriad of wonderful dishes – things one wouldn’t begin to attempt on a traditional barbecue.
The programme also featured actor Brendan Coyle who plays Bates, the valet on Downton Abbey.
